Congressman Trent Franks (R-AZ) is the sponsor of the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which will be voted on by the House this Thursday – on the 42nd anniversary of the infamous Roe v. Wade decision.

Franks’ bill protects unborn children after 20 weeks when they can feel pain during an abortion. The U.S. is one of only seven nations that permits elective abortions after 20 weeks.

A poll conducted in 2013 revealed that 64% of the American people oppose abortions if the baby can feel pain!
