With this rule, we see an administration that has become unglued at the knowledge of the impending pro-life sea change in Washington, DC. President Obama knows that hope is rising for the innocent victims of Planned Parenthood’s brutality and the big abortion industry’s days of taxpayer-funded windfalls are numbered. We should not be surprised that his administration would lash out with this eleventh hour power grab on the way out the door, but I am certain this rule will not stand for long.



Sens. Cruz And Lee Continue Fighting For Religious Liberty In Letter To DOJ

On September 27, U.S. Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Mike Lee (R-Utah) demanded answers from Attorney General Loretta Lynch regarding the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) lopsided enforcement of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act of 1994 and the agency’s apparent favoritism toward abortion access cases over religious liberty cases. Cruz and Lee first sent a letter to Attorney General Lynch raising these concerns in March and received an inadequate response in June.
