Congressman Franks: Obama Created National Security Crisis

Over the Labor Day weekend, Congressman Trent Franks (R-AZ) appeared on Fox News to discuss the illegal immigration crisis and the national security crisis along our southern border with Mexico. There are signals coming from the White House that Obama is planning on granting amnesty to millions of illegals who have flooded into our country – but that he won’t make his move until after the mid-term election.



Christian Woman Re-arrested After Being Freed From Death Sentence

Congressmen Trent Franks (R-AZ) and Frank Wolf (R-VA) were the men who spearheaded the effort in Congress to obtain freedom for Meriam Ibrahim from a Sudanese jail.

Thanks to their work, 38 Congressman sent a letter of concern to Secretary of John Kerry on the plight of Meriam and her two children who were in prison. She faced 100 lashes and then death by hanging for her Christian faith. Interestingly enough, only 7 Democrats signed this letter of concern – showing just how little liberals care about religious persecution overseas. Perhaps if Meriam had been a lesbian Muslim, more Democrats would have signed the letter.

Republican House Passes Fetal Pain Bill

On Tuesday, the House of Representatives passed the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, sponsored by GING-PAC supported Rep. Trent Franks (R-AZ). The bill passed by a vote of 228-196. The legislation, if signed into law, will ban abortions after 20 weeks of gestation.
