Congressman Gohmert Angered By DHS Granting Citizenship To Unvetted Illegals

Dec 6th, 2016 | By

Congressman Louie Gohmert (R-TX) appeared on “Fox and Friends” to discuss the recent outrage of the Department of Homeland Security granting citizenship status to hundreds of illegals before they were properly vetted by the FBI. Gohmert believes this is intentional neglect by the Obama Regime — a Regime that is fading into history on January 20, 2017.

King, Cruz Introduce Expatriate Terrorist Act

“I believe these American terrorists have voluntarily renounced their citizenship upon taking an oath to a foreign terrorist organization (FTO),” said King. “That is why Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) and I have introduced the Expatriate Terrorist Act (ETA). ETA will fill in these statutory holes that harbor the rights of American terrorists by providing the Secretary of State the legal authority to revoke a terrorist’s passport.

Ted Cruz: How U.S. Can Stop ISIS

We know that some of them are trying to return to their countries of origin to carry out terrorist attacks. How do we know that? It’s already been attempted. On May 24, a suspected French jihadist with possible ISIS ties traveled to Belgium, where he is accused of attacking innocent visitors at the Jewish Museum of Belgium in Brussels and slaughtering four people — and it was reported earlier this week that he allegedly had been plotting a larger attack on Paris on Bastille Day. I was blown away when the FBI told me they could come back into the United States…as many of them have.”

Sep 10th, 2014 | By

“We should take common sense steps to make fighting for, or supporting ISIS, an affirmative renunciation of American citizenship. We know today that there are over a hundred Americans who have joined ISIS, who have taken up arms alongside the Jihadists, along with thousands of others from the European Union. And we also know that they are trying to return to their countries of origin to carry out terrorist attacks there.

Congressman Steve King Defends The Rule Of Law

Jul 30th, 2013 | By
Congressman Steve King.

The rule of law is the pillar upon which all our rights as Americans are upheld, it is the only way we can guarantee those rights, and is the greatest protection against injustice ever conceived. That description should make every American proud and humbled, but it should lead us to jealously guard it, not sacrifice it at the altar of political expediency.
