The Senate Judiciary Committee will hold the first markup on Judge Gorsuch on Monday, March 27th. By Committee rule, Democrats can ask that the vote be held over for an additional week, which is very normal. As such, we are expecting a final vote in Committee as well as a vote on the Senate floor the week of April 3rd before we recess for Easter.
