GING-PAC CANDIDATES WIN!!

MISSOURI:  Todd Akin is victorious!  Missouri Representative Todd Akin won the GOP primary this past week against many challengers.  Akin is a proven social conservative to the very core.  He has not only defended religious liberty, but is a staunch defender of the right to life.

Akin has appeared at numerous political events, some sponsored by GING-PAC, where he has stated his commitment to reducing big federal government and defending the unborn.  If you are from Missouri, the choice is adamantly clear.  Obama liberal Senator Claire McCaskill is pro-abortion, pro-federal government, pro-entitlements, and she is also for higher taxes and supports the gay agenda!

McCaskill supports same-sex marriage.  She has voted against a constitutional amendment defining marriage as between one-man and one-woman.

Will Missouri vote for a big government tax-and-spend liberal who supports Barack Hussein Obama, or a Christian who defends religious liberty, free speech and traditional marriage between one man and one woman?

In his own words, here is part of Todd Akin’s victory speech:  “Let me tell you exactly what the race for United States Senator from Missouri is all about.  This campaign is about reclaiming our God-given values, rebuilding the American Dream, and restoring the America we love.  This is our call.  This is our vision.”

Standing with Todd Akin – The entire Republican establishment has attacked Todd Akin and demanded that he step down because of a misstatement be made concerning rape during a radio interview. At the time, Congressman Akin was explaining his firm belief that life begins at conception. His choice of words at the time was unfortunate; however, his convictions were clear. If elected he would be the greatest warrior for the pro-life movement in the Senate now that Sam Brownback has departed to be governor of Kansas.

I am not alone in standing with Todd Akin. I am joined by other social conservative leaders such as Tony Perkins of the Family Research Council and Governor Mike Huckabee.

In an e-mail to hundreds of thousands of his supporters Mike Huckabee said: “I was shocked by GOP leaders and elected officials who rushed so quickly to end the political life of a candidate over a mistaken comment in an interview. This was a serious mistake, but it was blown out of proportion not by the left, but by Akin’s own Republican Party. Is this what the party really thinks of principled pro-life advocates? Do we forgive and forget the verbal gaffes of Republicans who are “conveniently pro-life” for political advantage, but crucify one who truly believes that every life is sacred?”

Mike Huckabee in asking for social conservatives to support Todd Akin said: “I’ve always believed and still do, that if you don’t honor your friendships, you don’t honor yourself. And I consider Todd a friend. So I will join Todd as often as I can, in his fight for our Party’s pro-life policies, traditional marriage and our efforts to rein in the massive expansion of government under President Obama. Todd is being systematically scourged for one thing he said. Is that more important than what Claire McCaskill has DONE over her 6 years in the Senate? If you’d like to join the fight, and help defeat a Democrat Senator standing in the way of a conservative majority, I encourage you to join me. The party has decided it won’t help. In fact, it has decided that it will try to cut off the supply lines to Akin to pressure him to exit and let the party bosses overturn the voters of Missouri and pick their own candidate. If this can happen to Todd Akin, who is next?”

We can’t let this pass … GING-PAC continues to support Todd Akin and has sent him additional funds. You can contribute directly to Todd Akin’s Senate campaign by visiting his Internet site at www.akin.org.

TEXAS:  Ted Cruz handily wins Primary against GOP Establishment!  GING-PAC has supported Tea-Party favorite Ted Cruz from the very beginning.  He went up against millions of dollars and the former Lieutenant Governor of the State of Texas (and GOP Establishment pick) David Dewhurst.  In spite of the big money and establishment support for the Dewhurst campaign, voters saw through the charade and voted their consciences – for Ted Cruz.  This GING-PAC and Tea Party-backed candidate sent s very strong message to the Washington, D.C. elites, and that is:  Social conservatism is alive and well in the great state of Texas!

It was a landslide for Cruz with 57% of the Texas vote, versus only 43% for Dewhurst.  This U.S. Senate race is to fill the seat being vacated by the “retirement” of U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison.  Cruz will also be a speaker at the RNC in Tampa, Florida.  In November, Cruz will go against former Texas state legislator, Democrat Paul Sadler.

Cruz is the son of Cuban-American immigrants.  His father Rafael, who is a pastor outside of Dallas, once fought with Fidel Castro in Cuba before Castro seized power.  After his disillusionment with Fidel, he fled to the United States with $100 sewed in his underwear.

MINNESOTA:  Representative Michele Bachmann is in a political fight for her life!

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann has developed a reputation as a principled reformer who stays true to her constitutional, conservative beliefs while pushing for real reform of the broken system in Washington.

Bachmann has asked for an investigation into apparent links between top Obama Administration officials–including Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s aide, Huma Abedin–and leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist organization.  Congressional leaders criticized her; however, 17 leaders of values organizations wrote House speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) in July, backing up the claims and asking Boehner to take the allegations of potential terrorist links seriously. GING-PAC will fight to help reelect our friend Michele Bachmann this November!

SOUTH CAROLINA REP. ENDORSED:  Rep. Jeff Duncan is a member of the Pro-Life Caucus in the House and is a strong supporter of the right to life of every person.  He is an opponent of taxpayer-supported abortion, and supports the right of healthcare providers to refuse to participate in abortion-related actions.  Duncan also backs traditional marriage and the federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) – which Obama is refusing to defend in court.

Your financial donation is urgently needed right now!  Please take a stand with the dozens of pro-life, social conservative candidates that GING-PAC is funding.  AND … watch for the newspaper ads that GING-PAC is about to run exposing the true agenda of Barack Obama.

With your help we can add more social conservatives to the House and Senate this year.
